The Community Centre is a non-smoking facility. Facility must be cleaned and vacated by 9am the following morning for Friday and Saturday rentals. Clean up until noon the following day at no additional cost may be granted if available. For events that occur prior to a school day, the facility must be vacated and cleaned that evening.

Fees:
Local community (Drake, Guernsey, Lockwood) groups and individuals will receive a 25% discount from the fee schedule below.
Small Events
Keys to main door only, no kitchen access, limited number of chairs and tables available.
$5/person – 1-8 people (2 hours)
$50 – 9-30 people (2 hours)
Large Events
Include keys to the sound system, kitchen, chairs and tables, coffee perks (full day rental)
$200 – 31-100 people
$350 – More than 100 people with no dance or cabaret (kitchen included)
$450 – Event with dance or cabaret (any size group with liquor license) (kitchen included)
Additional Charges
$40 – Decorating access after 6 p.m., the night before (subject to availability)
$100 – Decorating access entire day before (subject to availability)
$50 – Use of kitchen facilities and equipment (wash and return linen promptly)
$40 – Use of propane griddle and /or propane BBQ (may require light pre- cleaning by renter)

User Fees
Minor Hockey – $150.00 (No pass for players living farther than 50 km playing with a Drake team)
Figure Skaters – $150.00
School Skating – $15.00 (for 6 weeks if no pass is purchased)
Single Skate – $5.00
Rink Rental
Local – $75.00 per hour for hockey (local includes Drake, Lockwood, Guernsey, and hockey teams with Drake in the name)
Outside– $90.00 per hour to a maximum of $500.00
Rec Hockey – $1,000.00 per year per team (includes one tournament)
Senior Hockey – 30% of all gates (includes regular and playoff games)
Minor Hockey – 40% of all gates (includes regular, playoff, and tournament games)
Auction Sales – $100.00 per seller
Trailer Hookups – Electrical – $15.00 per day
Trailer Hookups – Non-Electrical – $5.00 per day
Skating Passes
All figure skaters, senior hockey players, school students and rec hockey players are expected to purchase a season skating pass

The Silver Sages
A great place to meet for fellowship containing two pool tables, a ping pong table, kitchen facility, place settings for 60 people and air conditioning. We respectfully ask that you keep the place liquor and smoke free.
