The Community Centre is a non-smoking facility. Friday and Saturday events have until 10:00am the next morning to complete cleanup, and return the keys, otherwise contract instructions apply.

Small Events

Keys to main door only, no kitchen access, limited number of chairs and tables available. Local Community Group/Individual (Drake, Guernsey, Lockwood membership and base)
15 people or less – $30 / 2 hours
16 people or more – $40 / 2 hours Other Communities
15 people or less – $40 / 2 hours
16 people or more – $50 / 2 hours

Full use of kitchen facilities and equipment – Add $40 (Wash and return linen promptly)

Large Events

Keys to main door, kitchen, and sound system included. Under 100 people
Local Community – $85
General Public – $135 Includes use of tables, chairs, and coffee perks.
Full use of kitchen facilities and equipment – Add $40 (Wash and return linen promptly) More than 100 people
Local Community – $200
General Public – $275 Wedding (no dance)
Funeral
Includes use of tables and chairs and full use of kitchen facilities and equipment (Wash and return linen promptly) Local Community Dance or Cabaret – $300
General Public Dance or Cabaret – $400
Includes use of tables and chairs and full use of Kitchen facilities and equipment (Wash and return linen promptly) Any decorating after 6 pm the night before – Add $25
Any decorating after 4 pm the day before – Add $50

Other Charges $40 – Rental of Concession Booth
$25 – Use of the Propane Griddle or Propane BBQ
$30 – Rent for propane griddle.
